Refund policy

30-day returns

You may return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be in the condition you received it, in its original packaging, and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email sales@bigmessowires.com. We’ll reply with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return can’t be accepted.

If the item is damaged or defective, we pay for return shipping and send you a shipping label. For other returns, return shipping is at your cost.

Refunds

We’ll let you know when we’ve received and inspected your return. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank or card company may take some time to post it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away and we’ll make it right.

2-year warranty

We stand by our products. Any item found to be defective within 2 years of purchase will be repaired or replaced.
